All of our member general practices in County Durham CCG play a key role in shaping how the CCG works by developing and signing up to a Constitution.
Our Constitution clearly sets out:
- who we are as an organisation;
- who are our membership;
- how we form our Governing Body and the standards that its members must uphold;
- how we make decisions;
- who within the organisation has the delegated authority to make decisions on behalf of the CCG, and
- how we manage conflicts of interest.
In addition, we have produced a Governance Handbook that includes additional detail about our Committees and delegated financial limits.
